We educate you on how to implement habits that influence inflammation in the body and the health of your joints which is a huge factor to pain-free living.
In addition, these aren’t low level exercises that are proven to be ineffective and they aren’t high-level exercises that you’re not able to do or that leave you in more pain.
We’re one of the few programs that utilize a holistic approach and we’re designed for people with chronic knee pain that want to live and be active without it.
