Meet The Founder

Dr. Tristan Ezeoke is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is an expert in Joint Health. He founded Injury2Victory to help people get stronger and more active to age backward without pain from degenerative arthritis and aging joints.

After debilitating and unfortunate knee injuries (dancing and sports-related), he had knee issues on and off for about 10 years affecting his ability to fully heal. This also predisposed him to early osteoarthritis.

He then went to a doctor, who told him he shouldn’t squat anymore unless he had surgery. However, through working with a friend of his, he used exercise and long-term lifestyle changes to feel his best with confidence in both knees.

After this experience, he chose to get his doctorate from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas. He then used his education and background to create the Joint Health Method that helps to improve joint health for a pain-free life!

He and his team now spend time guiding others to pain-free activity with healthy joints through the Joint Health Method!

  • Yes, you’ll have a specialist that you can correspond with through the Injury2Victory Client Portal. In addition, you will have 1:1 sessions with your specialist as often as is recommended so you’re making progress and are being supported.

  • You’ll have your knee specialist through 1:1 zoom video sessions, messaging support, and daily accountability through your client portal so you make progress and are always being held accountable.

  • Dr. Tristan has had knee arthritis for over 10 years now along with a meniscus tear that hasn’t fully healed, an acl sprain, lcl, pcl, and mcl tears, as well as patellofemoral pain syndrome. He’s navigated through a lot of solutions and none of them worked as well as the combination he’s now guiding people through. We get it, and he also has the expertise, results, and personal experience to understand and help you through tough situation.
