2. HAVE YOUR HOLISTIC ASSESSMENT

During the assessment, we’ll go more in-depth with your current physical state and pain, current health/inflammation levels, and goals. It is typically about an hour long.

We’ll then show you what the movement routine will look like to start and what it should be long-term, what lifestyle habits to focus on, how we’ll help to ensure your success, and recommended time frame for you to experience significant changes.
