Meet Your Host
Dr. Tristan Ezeoke is a Doctor of Physical Therapy that specializes in helping people get stronger, healthier, and more active without knee or joint limitations.
After a debilitating and unfortunate knee injury, he had knee issues on and off for 9 years affecting his ability to fully heal. He then went to a doctor, who told him he shouldn’t squat anymore unless he did surgery. However, through working with a friend of his, he used exercise and long-term lifestyle changes to feel his best with confidence in both knees.
He and his team now spend time guiding others to change their life and the health of their joints through a holistic approach as well!
