HOLISTIC COACHING PROGRAM

What’s Included:

  • Access to the Injury2Victory app for progress tracking, exercise tutorials, and communication with your coach

  • 30-minute workouts designed for YOUR starting point, to build strength, mobility, and activity gradually

    • We will help you pick days and times for your workouts based on your schedule and lifestyle

  • Education about nutrition, hydration, stress, sleep, and daily movement, to empower informed choices

  • Access to our private Facebook community for support, accountability, and motivation

  • Monthly challenges to increase activity level, improve health, and decrease inflammation
