These exercises are ones that our clients (50 years old to even 80 years old) have been able to do comfortably. They’re designed for people that have been limited by knee pain to exercise safely. There are example videos in the video above and on the instagram page @drtristanezeoke.

We understand that you may have tried many things in the past so your nervousness is validated. If you fit any of the criteria listed above, and it describes you in any way, this program will be great for you! If you don’t learn anything or gain anything from this within 21 days, we will give your money back.

We educate you on how to implement habits that influence inflammation in the body and the health of your joints which is a huge factor to pain-free living. In addition, these aren’t low level exercises that are proven to be ineffective and they aren’t high-level exercises that you’re not able to do or that leave you in more pain. We’re one of the few programs that utilize a holistic approach and we’re designed for people with chronic knee pain that want to live and be active without it.
