Meet The Founder

Dr. Tristan Ezeoke is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is an expert in Joint Health. He founded Injury2Victory to help people get stronger and more active to age backward without pain from degenerative arthritis and an aging lower back.

After debilitating and unfortunate knee injuries (dancing and sports-related), he had knee issues on and off for about 10 years affecting his ability to fully heal. This also predisposed him to early osteoarthritis.

He then went to a doctor, who told him he shouldn’t squat anymore unless he had surgery. However, through working with a friend of his, he used exercise and long-term lifestyle changes to feel his best with confidence in both knees.

After this experience, he chose to get his doctorate from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas. He then used his education and background to create the Joint Health Method that helps to improve joint health for a pain-free life!

He and his team now spend time guiding others to pain-free activity with healthy joints through the Joint Health Method!

  • After screening you to make sure we can help, we’ll have the assessment to learn more about your starting point. Your routine will be designed specifically for you.

    These exercises are ones that our clients (50 years old to even 80 years old) have been able to do comfortably.

    Because the routines are tailored to you, you will receive a game plan that will show you what your specific routine will look like before you move forward.

  • We understand that you may have tried many things in the past so your nervousness is validated. We specialize in working with individuals who have tried many things without it working. We’ll assure you of whether we can help or not based on the assessment.

    In the assessment, we make sure you’re completely clear on the plan of action to feel your best without pain before you take a step forward towards anything!

  • Yes, you’ll have an Injury2Victory coach that you can correspond with through the Injury2Victory app. In addition, you’ll have support through the facebook group as well.

  • You’ll have your I2V specialist through zoom video sessions, messaging support, and the access we’ll have to monitor your account. We have other tools to check in on motivation levels during these sessions as well!
