After screening you to make sure we can help, we’ll have the assessment to learn more about your starting point. Your routine will be designed specifically for you.
These exercises are ones that our clients (50 years old to even 80 years old) have been able to do comfortably. There are example videos in the video above and on the Instagram page @drtristanezeoke.

We understand that you may have tried many things in the past so your nervousness is validated. We specialize in working with individuals that have tried many things without it working. We’ll ensure you of whether we can help or not based on the first consult. There are reviews below that you can look over as well!

We educate you on how to implement habits that influence inflammation in the body and the health of your joints which is a huge factor to pain-free living. We’re one of the few programs that utilize a holistic approach and we’re designed for people with a history of pain that want to live and be active without it.

First, we’ll need to see if or how we can help. Then once we help, we’ll be able to create a specialized gameplan for you and your success. The time frame, prioritized health habits, and involvement from us will all dictate what we recommend for you! The assessment allows for us to learn more about you.

Yes, you’ll have an Injury2Victory coach that you can correspond with through the Injury2Victory app. In addition, you’ll have support through the facebook group as well.
